Full-Stack Engineer

Most of our work is full-stack: control planes, dashboards, admin tooling, and client applications. You'll own features from database schema to pixel, review teammates' work, and ship on a weekly cadence. We care about engineers who sweat the interface as much as the API.

- Build features across the stack for StriveSteam products and client projects
- Own quality: tests, review, monitoring, and the fix when something breaks
- Work directly with designers and clients, no layers of translation
- Help keep our internal tooling sharp and our deploys boring
What we look for
- Solid React/Next.js and Node.js experience
- Comfortable with relational databases and API design
- An eye for interface detail, you notice when spacing is off
- Clear written communication; much of our work is documented decisions
