Data Engineer

Our clients' data lives in messy, real-world systems, ERP exports, legacy databases, SaaS APIs. You'll build the pipelines that make it clean, current, and queryable, and contribute connectors to OmniQuery's federation layer. If you like the unglamorous work that everything else depends on, this is that job with the recognition it deserves.

What you'll do

  • Design and operate ETL/ELT pipelines and modeled warehouses for clients
  • Build and maintain source connectors for OmniQuery
  • Define metrics layers that end the two-dashboards-disagree problem
  • Set up monitoring so data quality issues surface before stakeholders notice

What we look for

  • Strong SQL and one of Python/Scala/TypeScript
  • Experience with a modern warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Postgres at scale)
  • You've debugged a pipeline at an inconvenient hour and improved it after
  • Care for correctness: you check the numbers twice
