  • Handle customer inquiries across voice, chat, email, and social channels
  • Resolve routine issues end to end; escalate complex ones with full context
  • Meet quality and response-time targets you'll help us measure
  • Feed recurring issues back to engineering so they stop recurring

What we look for

  • Excellent spoken and written English; other languages are a plus
  • Patience and precision under pressure
  • Comfort learning new tools quickly
  • Night-shift flexibility for international clients (rotational)
