You'll work on the core of our products: query planning across federated data sources, hybrid retrieval, agent skill routing, and the evaluation harnesses that keep all of it honest. You should be comfortable reading model output critically and building the guardrails that make LLM features dependable enough for enterprise customers.

- Design and ship retrieval and agent pipelines for OmniQuery and Agent Dot
- Build evaluation suites that catch regressions before customers do
- Work with client teams to take AI features from prototype to production
- Contribute to architecture decisions across the product line
What we look for
- Strong Python or TypeScript engineering fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, embeddings, and vector search
- You've shipped something real, a product, a service, an open-source tool
- Comfort with ambiguity: the field changes monthly and so do we
